When will my order ship?

Items that are currently in stock and ordered directly from our website will ship within 24 hours of the time of your order. Items that are made to order will have an estimated shipping period shown on the product page. Email specific questions to info@pennyroyalstudio.com

How do I find out about new design releases?

Join our email list at the bottom of the page and you will get an email from us whenever there is something new coming out or something cool to tell you.

Will Signature Collection designs labeled as "Retired" ever be available again?

No. Signature Collection designs are only available for a limited amount of time and are retired after the end of the sale period. Retired designs do show up on ebay from time to time, but we cannot be held responsible for the quality or authenticity of products purchased anywhere other than the Pennyroyal website or authorized retailer.

Why is there no sales tax on my order from the website?

Sales tax for orders placed online is only applicable for orders shipping to a state where Pennyroyal has a physical presence. Orders shipping within California are charged sales tax. All other states pay no sales tax.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship pretty much anywhere in the world. If you are ordering from a foreign country, please make sure that your address is written completely in English when you checkout so the system recognizes the address. If you don’t see your country in the pull down in the checkout process, send us an email and we will calculate shipping and add it to the list for you.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process and vary depending on your location.

Is the Pennyroyal website secure?

Yes. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protection for every transaction so your personal information will not be exposed to a third party.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us info@pennyroyalstudio.com and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask

 

CUSTOM DESIGNS

How long does it take to create a custom design?

The time required to create your custom design depends on how complex your design is and how many custom orders we currently have in progress. We can give you pretty accurate estimate at the time of your order.

How do I order a custom design?

Send all custom ideas to custom@pennyroyalstudio.com and we will get back to you ASAP with ideas, price estimates and other information. Even if you don’t have a specific idea of what you want, we can ask you a few questions and come up with design ideas.

CARE & CLEANING

My jewelry has a strange dark or light spot on it.  What do I do?

There are certain soaps, perfumes and even some organic oils that can alter the look of the oxidized finish of your jewelry. If you notice a spot, just send an email to info@pennyroyalstudio.com and we’ll either give you instructions for fixing it or will instruct you to send it to us for complimentary re-finishing.

How do I clean my Pennyroyal jewelry?

Sterling silver and bronze will naturally oxidize over time. To keep your jewelry looking fresh, we recommend hand polishing only. Using cleaning solutions will remove all oxidation and take away the unique ‘antiqued’ look of your design. Simply rub your jewelry with a polishing cloth to maintain the best finish.

Can I order a replacement chain or cord?

Yes. Replacement chains and cords are available to order directly from the website.  Just click the CHAIN AND CORD category at the top of the page to shop all options.

What is your Privacy Policy?

We will never share your email address or other personal information with any 3rd parties. Information collected is used for order verification only and will not be shared or sold, ever.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of your original order. Just send an email to info@pennyroyalstudio.com and we will issue a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. We will only accept returns and exchanges that were purchased directly from the Pennyroyal website. Purchases of our products from other retailers or websites are subject to the return policies from which you purchased the item.

How do I ship my return/exchange?

Pack and seal your item securely in a box (not an envelope). Use the original package if possible. Write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
