For nearly a decade, custom design was the heart of Pennyroyal. Tim spent the better part of ten years behind a jewelry bench, translating individual customers' stories, memories, and milestones into handcrafted pieces in solid sterling silver. Each one was made by hand, one at a time, for people all over the world.

That work was slow, exacting, and deeply personal. It was also the training ground for everything Pennyroyal became. The discipline of listening carefully to what a piece needs to mean, and then executing it with precision and craft, is the same discipline that now drives every licensed collection and brand partnership the studio takes on.

Pennyroyal no longer offers individual custom design. That chapter shaped the studio profoundly, and its influence is present in every project we take on today.
